Dishes from Piedmontese, Mediterranean and French Alpine cuisine; genuine ingredients from the countryside. Outside, a dehor with a view of Col Saurel and the Monti della Luna awaits you. Reservation is always advisable.

The Bar

Hot chocolate, homemade cakes, artisanal beers, all to be enjoyed on the sunny terrace in the shelter of Mount Chaberton or in the warmth of the stoves with the snowy panorama coming in through the windows.

Dinners on snowmobiles

During the winter season, we organise dinners at the hut every evening, taking you up to altitude by snowmobile: a 15-minute trip through the forest, under the stars.
Reservations are compulsory.

The lady who prepared our breakfast and took our orders was super nice, kind and always smiling. The food was great and the cook really good too. Super breakfast for what it offered. Very nice, well-kept hut in a beautiful valley, with many walks or even for absolute rest. The rooms are small but tastefully furnished. Some rooms have shared bathrooms but immaculately clean. The managers of the hut, Mariano and Mariana, are super friendly. Always smiling and willing to help you in any way. The hut is really nice, located in the middle of the mountains in a silent and magical atmosphere. The rooms are cosy and clean and the details are neat. Some even have private bathrooms. In the evenings the cook, Matteo, prepares excellent dinners and the hut fills up with people who come especially to dine, brought by snowmobile. The location is perfect for those who, like us, love skiing and are already on the slopes early in the morning. We had a really enjoyable five days. Thank you! Super recommended.
